Thinking of Renting a Tent?
A tent not only gives you protection from bad weather, but on those bright sunny days it gives protection from the harmful UV rays of the sun.
Plan your wedding or special occasion well ahead and book your tent as early as possible so that you have the best selection of sizes and colours available.
There are a number of different sizes and styles of tents that can be rented for the weekend which you install yourself with the help of a friend or neighbour. The larger 30' and 40' wide tents which are required for the larger functions must be installed by qualified personnel and may require a building permit.
How many people are you going to have?
This will determine the size of the tent that you will require and also whether your yard is large enough to fit the tent into.

Further Considerations
Are there underground lines?
Have the area checked for electrical, telephone, natural gas and cable television lines. Another consideration if your home has a septic system is it suited in the area that you want to install your tent.
Do you have enough washrooms available?
One or two bathrooms will not be enough if you have 150 guests and if you are on septic you must consider portable washrooms so that you will not overload your system.
Does your home insurance policy cover you?
Checks with your insurance agent to make sure that you have adequate coverage for liability and property damage in the case of an accident.
