Enjoying Our New Awning

We wanted to let you know that we’ve been enjoying our new awning and thank you for arranging everything. The men that did the installation were very friendly and everything was cleaned up and ready to go when we got home from work. Please thank them and let them know also. We really enjoy just pushing a button & having the awning open up so quietly. It shades our kitchen quite nicely so when we’re preparing dinner at night we can have the blinds open without the heat from the sun. I love the colours that we chose too.

Very happy with my awning purchase for the front of my house. Was referred to Barrie Tent & Awning and was worth the drive from Toronto. Recently needed help getting a new bracket which was misplaced by some painters and the customer service has been amazing.

Thanks for the Boat Slip Cover

Here are a few pictures of the boat slip cover that you made for me. It keeps the weather off very well. The mesh sidewall makes it much less affected by the wind. Thanks again.

Great Repairs at Reasonable Prices

I used your company last year to repair 14 ripped straps on my 30 foot boat hoist cover. Great job and a reasonable price!! Came in today with a cockpit cover that had two tiny spots where the stitching had come undone. Pam Jordan was so gracious to do an on the spot repair that took 5 minutes. Thanks for all your help.

I have been meaning to email you to say thank you for the outstanding service you provided to my mom. Our family wanted to give her the awning as a gift, and she is absolutely thrilled!

I was a little hesitant to do this all from afar and through email, but wanted to let you know that you were excellent throughout this transaction. You visited with my mom and explained the process, and helped her choose her preferences etc.. Sometimes people don’t take the time to interact, but you did – Thank you for that.

She loves the awning and it is quite a social piece for her. She now sits outside and people come and visit under the awning as they go by.

Professionalism

The installation team have been doing some work in my neighbourhood - First class workmanship.
However, the main reason for me writing this review is to point out that I met one of their trucks at an intersection where they could have quite easily jumped out in front of me, but waited for me to pass - A very courteous driver and noteworthy due to the absence of courtesy by most other commercial drivers.
Keep up the great work - the professionalism of your driver cements a positive image of your company.
